New website
The big news of course is the launching of our website (21 nov. 2006). This will make it much easier for our customers to communicate with us and we can let them know what?s new and what?s hot before they arrive in Rotterdam.
From now on it will be possible for our (potential) customers to get a good impression of what we have to offer in our shops before they get there, even long before they arrive in Rotterdam. They can also contact us in case they
have a specific question or problem we might be able to help them with. This is important, because due to the short in port stay of ships nowadays untill
now in most cases there was hardly enough time to act in a satisfactory
way upon customers requests. And if there is one thing we hate it's when we have to say "no" or "not possible" to a customer. So contacting us in time will give us a chance to get what you want in time.
As we aim at the highest level of customer satisfaction we are very
interested in your opinion about this site and are looking forward to any
suggestions for improvement.
